¹⁵ The top part of the altar is where the sacrifices are burned. It is seven feet high. A horn sticks out from each of its four corners. ¹⁶ The top part of the altar is square. It is 21 feet long and 21 feet wide. ¹⁷ The upper ledge is also square. It is 25 feet long and 25 feet wide. The drain goes all the way around the altar. The rim of the drain is 11 inches wide. The steps leading up to the top of the altar face east.”
